I am using a 10 tooth motor pinion with a 140 tooth main gear, I will be putting the 10T pinion motor in another
heli that has a 150T main gear. My question is what tooth should I change my pinion gear to?

That depends on the KV of the motor, the voltage of the battery packs to be used and the rotor speed that you want.
