After reading about some of the LHS problems around the world I don't feel quite so bad anymore. We've got one in our area (45 miles away, as are the other 2) who's so locked up in his car racing track that he can't bother with customers.

Some time ago I stood at his counter for 30 minutes with an armfull of stuff and a $100 bill IN HAND! After 30 minutes I just walked out and haven't returned. Stuff I had would have taken all of that bill and probably more.

Sheesh!

That's what happens when you go into business to serve your needs, and not your customers.

One satisfied customer will tell 10 people. One unsatisfied customer will tell twice that & then those will tell that many more. Down the line that LHS owner will wonder why he has no business, & he'll blame everything but himself!!
