Ive been in contact with Bruce Tharpe and I know that he has one to assemble and do a assembly guide similar to the one he did for the reaction. He sent me some info as far as pricing and a couple of pics. I tried to get info from PST but they had some issues responding and forwarded my request to Bruce so I would call him for info.
I keep teetering on getting one to replace my well used reaction but so close to Christmas I don't think I will pull the trigger till the spring.
Plane looks good. You can do a Y0U TUBE search for PST REVISION and there are a couple of poor cell phone vids of the proto flying.
From Bruce:
"Hi Mike,
PST forwarded your request to me. The ReVision is brand new, and I just received one last week to evaluate and use for writing instructions as I did for the Reaction. Went to Jets Over Whidbey last weekend, so there hasn't been much time to play with it. What I've seen so far is impressive. Here's what I know:
- The ReVision is available now, with your choice of two color schemes. One is gray/orange with white bottom, similar to a Navy scheme. The other is a psuedo Blue Angels color scheme.
- Prices are as follows:
Revision ARF, Basic Package . . . $1750 delivered
PST Trailing Link Retract Package . . . $750 (new design)
Stainless Steel Exhaust Tube . . . $150
Optional Gear Door Set . . . $80
Optional Speed Brake Assembly . . . $70
- The ReVision is basically a reaction with swept wing and stab, long nose, removable tail, enlarged rudder. The wing leading edge seam is now overlapping (not a butt joint). The wing panels slide onto either side of the fuselage using two large aluminum tubes. It apparently comes with the 3.8L fuel tank installed.
- All items are available now. As far as I know, lead time is 3-4 weeks. Instructions are not available yet (I need to get busy!), but I doubt that you would have any trouble considering the similarity with the Reaction.
Give me a call if you'd like to chat about it some more or if you're ready to order. Talk to you later,
Bruce"
