Hello all, I am wondering if someone can identify this fuel pump. If not, does anyone know if most fuel pumps can be run either way, (ie) clockwise or counterclockwise. This pump has no + or - on the motor or in & out marked on the connections........
Thanks Rick

Sorry don't know who's pump but,
It has been marked , the termial in the Red area is + and should have the red pump lead fitted so the other is - and should be fitted with the Green lead

Phill, thanks for the reply. The red mark was over the name of the motor, I never thought about it being the positive lead, but I'm sure you are right. Thanks for the info.......

Phill is right, test the pump with the correct polarity(battery positive on the red marked side) on a 4.8 volt battery and check flow direction, these pumps are designed to run in one direction, running them in reverse will not be efficient, the gears are designed to seal the suction in one direction.
if you look at it from the tubing connector side, with the connectors to the bottom (below the centerline) the right side connector is the suction side(the line with the filter is on the "output to turbine side")...

It is a Behotec pump. Inlet is on the bottom and output is on top on your third picture.
