EV5U Pro need help FAST please, What is this??
Bought this EVU 5 valve in sept-oct 09' Has worked great so far. Tonight I just happened to try to swing the gear a bit and the unit will not hold air! It is leaking out of the small hole next to the sloted bolt on the side. The faster I put it in the faster it comes out. Can not exceed 60 PSI. I would really like to fly tomorrow, Last event of the year!
Here is a pic. Again, the air is coming out of the small hole right above the screw. I can stop it with my finger pressed against it. What is going on??

You have an aircylinder "blowing by" or bypassing. Start clamping off aircylinders until the leak stops. Apply Bvm thin oring lube to the bad cyl. If that does not cure it, replace it.
