Default Tailerons on CBM F16N?

Have read a thread or two on this subject but am not sure I have the answer yet. Have been thinking of using tailerons exclusively for roll control and using the ailerons for flaps so as to be able to do a cool looking dirty pass at an upcoming fly-in. It seems that tailerons work OK for roll, but how affective are they really? I like a lot of roll authority and wonder if the plane will be responsive enough if it is windy that day. Anyone out there done this before? Of course, it would give the crown a kick to see me crash my F16 on a slow fly-by so there is some incentive to do it anyway. Whoa, dude! Just kidding about the crash but really interested in tailerons!

Thanks ahead for any input.
