It's real easy to get bored in Zapata.... What the hell are you doing down there??? A group of us went down there several years ago and flew jets out at the airport.. Intresting trip !!!!

ok, anyways, if you guys have ever heard of the aerial rabies bait drop they do all along the border on the Texas side, i'm piloting on of the airplanes we do that from. I wish we had a airport like Zapata back home to fly jets from, but they are all either beside a mountain, surrounded by a ton of airplanes, or commercial flights going out of them. so only a grass field for me

I never had a problem contacting SM directly.
John always answered my e-mails, usually withing 12 hours, never longer than 24 hours.
Even Anton answers me within 24 hours.
Parts have never been a problen; I ordered a bypass for my F-16 and it took about two weeks. They ship pretty fast; the delay seems to be in China customs.
I think you'll get a better response if you contact them directly, not through a dealer.
I'm getting a 1/5th F-86 and I'd like to know what issues you had with the model.
