Default Byron Pipe length??

Have a black Byron type pipe coupled to a straight header on a
ROSSI-90. The Header actually slides into the pipe a few inches. Anybody know what the proper pipe length should be from the engine?? Not sure if pipe is Byron or aftermarket. It has a rough black finish on it and is large in the middle with both ends narrowing down.
THANKS

I have a copy of the early Byron fan instructions that show pipe length for the Rossi .81, 11 3/8" from the centerline of the glow plug to the widest part of the pipe. That would be a good starting point.
