Ralle produces a great product and his service is second to none. Some decals were recently lost in the post and he sent a new set free of charge. I cocked up the MCD's on a couple of hawks and he also replaced them free of charge...

Gasper responds almost immediately to email queries without making you feel like an idiot...

I buy all my turbine gear off Ali hes quick to respond to queries but most importantly when things go wrong he'll do his up-most to sort it all out and quickly to boot

Ive emailed a few times recently with some issues and the response has been swift and helpful.

There's loads more I'm sure but these are the few that have stuck in my mind over the last month.

Well said Alex, apart from the one's you mentioned Jeff Sewell at ZedJet is another who goes out of his way to give a good service.

I usually use Al too, I only ever bought one item off Dave Wilshire but when I had a problem (of my making) I also found him to be very helpful.

You can add Paul at Gashanger to the list - the man stops at nothing to fix your problem
