I was impressed with the exacting accuracy and quality of how the turbine blades are made... I knew they were super accurate, but the way Rolls Royce does it certainly takes the cake.

... Monitoring 8 to 10 thousand engines while the airplane are in service is an amazing 'after-purchase' service from the manufacturer.

basimpsn, why do you say that about the USA taking a dislike to that type of workplace??

Every time I watch the News, there is some major company moving of shore, Or the same company hiring contractor to do the same jobs for less.

#1 we need to stop outsourcing our jobs.

#2 Buy American made stuff

#3 Stop sending jobs off shore for cheaper labor cost

#4 Reward good workers with good compensation.

Is it this too late ?
