For some reason my PB smoke pump has stopped working and I'm having trouble re-programming it. I have it with +100% as the 'on' setting and -100% as the 'off' position on a Tx switch and using a seperate dedicated pump battery. Unfortunately I cannot get the pump to turn. As I turn on I get a few beeps then a green light but whatever I do with the switch nothing else happens. I've checked the rx signal output with a servo and that works ok. I've also tried moving the switching points.
It worked perfectly last time I used it and it is not seized.
Any ideas for re-programming appreciated.
Rob.

Yes, send it back. We have had this happen on multiple PB smoke pumps on our 50% planes, just stopped working for no apparent reason.
We got replacement pumps, but they didn't last much longer.

I have had a PB smoke pump in my CARF Tutor for a year, works perfectly.

How can you tell it's not seized? The main problem we have had with smoke pumps is debris or slight corrosion from moisture in the fluid sticking the steel gears. Remove the pump and try and manually pump some fluid through the nipples, Any crud coming out the opposite side will tell you there is a blockage. If not send it back and we will get it too PB
