UPS has forgot where CA. is
UPS is having a problem getting my batteries to california suposed to be here the 11th at their rate of confusion I wonder if it will happen when do you think I will get them ha ha

This is an activity log, it does not mean the shipment is physically in that location. Sometimes the paperwork is handled electronically in 1 location while the product is physically somewhere else. It also seems that it is stuck in US customs since it has not cleared yet since June 30. Call them and figure it out, it is most likely because they are batteries, therefore hazardous goods. Once labelled as hazardous goods, you will need an MSDS sheet to clear them through customs.
Whoever shipped them probably did not do the proper customs paperwork
Best thing to do is call UPS and find out exactly the status.

UPS came to my door this morning and knocked so light that my little dog did not make a sound. And he barks and a rain drop hitting the window. I am up every morning by 4am because of the ARMY and pain I am in. This guy must have ran by the door and very lightly put the return sticker on the door. I was kind of upset because I need what he was droping off to finsh my boat. So he says he will be back tomorrow before 10;30 am. I hope it works out for you and I get my part too.
