There should be a tracking number that ends in US. Try typing that into the tracking box on the Parcelforce website. Don't bother ringing them; they won't answer!!!

Baldeagle is incorrect about the charges. The Parcelforce handling fee is a fixed amount which I believe is currently £8. The rest of the bill is VAT at 20%.

Whether you declare the package as toy aeroplane, giraffe or banana doesn't matter; you will still be charged VAT. Duty amounts might be different but it is often irrelevant as duty less than a fixed amount (I think currently it is £9) is waived. I have never been charged customs duty.

Sicklick you are very lucky to have got away with never being charged customs duty, I don't know how you have managed it, when you import something, it goes through customs and they levy a charge based on the value and contents declared on the customs form attached to the package.

I have been charged anything from £6.00 up to £30.00 for handling and collection of VAT in addition to the VAT by Parcleforce, this was before I learnt the wrikles that get the Custom charges reduced, VAT is always charged for any item brought in from outside the EU at 20% of the declared value , but having the sender to also declare the item as a "Toy" or "Toy Parts" gets the customs charge waved.

To track your parcel through Parcleforce you have to log onto international tracking from outside the EU, then paste in your UPS tracking number, it does work.
