It looks like an ARF, however, if it came from a kit, it is probably from the Canadian kit builder@ www.mirage200-model.com

Mirage???
At the Toledo show about 3 yrs ago, Larry Wolfe of JHH had the the very first BAe Hawk prototype ARF on display, along with a Mirage 2000 ARF (from the same manufacturer, based in China). The Mirage 2000 in your picture looks exactly like the version I saw in the JHH booth 3 yrs ago.
JHH never pursued the development and manufacture of the Mirage 2000 (it needed several modifications).
