HI all, some of my life"s ambitions was to race motorcycles, Skydive , run the CN tower, drink with Ali and survive. Well today, I completed the CN Tower Run, 1776 steps, 144 floors, and under the average time of 30-40 minutes, mine was 24 minutes/17seconds, not bad for a 63 year old, that quit smoking 3 years ago, after 50 years. Oh yea, also not get eaten by a alligator in Marken Park, after crashing out by the canal.

PS, it helped by bicycling all winter and losing 10 lbs. after Florida Jets, by giving up soda
