Thanks for all the positive comments on the pics guys. I enjoy the show you jet pilots put on every year. The First in Flight jet rally has grown larger & larger each year we have it, and im looking foreward to that continued trend. Its alot of work that Larry, Mike , Robert & crew do but the results are well worth it. Most importantly, the pilots have acted profesionally & put on a fantastic safe show that the public enjoys. I am proud to work for a city ( City of Wilson ) that is happy to provide a place to for us to hold an event this size. The City's comittment to First in Flight is second to none. See you all again at First in Flight 2013....Gene

Guys, try the Enthuzeus community gallery. It's a central place to post event photos and then share them back to forums. You can post First in Flight photos here: http://www.enthuzeus.com/event/NACpV or send them from your phone by emailing to: [email protected]

WOW , while sitting in the airport to head down to Puerto Rico, I get to reflect on the BEST JET RALLY I have ever been to.
What an amazing event.!!! my first time here. The facilities could be named the BEST in the country for the jet guys. Larry and the guys that put the work in, have done a great job. Every detail has been taken care of.
The camaraderie between everyone is the best. Everyone helps to make it a perfect event.
Not only it is the First in Flight event it is also a First in Class event.
Thank you guys. I think maybe next year we might need to make it a WEEK LONG EVENT.

Great pics guys! Keep'm coming! I saw a lot of cameras pointed all weekend. I did manage to shoot a few myself and will try to post tonight or Wednesday.
Robert, Mike, and myself can not thank you all enough for making this years First in Flight a huge success. In more ways than one I know we we all share our thoughts later on the thread. Until then,,,,,,

Once again you guys have pulled off one of the most pilot friendly jet events anywhere in the country!! Thank you all for putting this event together. I'm sure most everyone knows or at least has an idea of what it takes to put on an event like this and you guys deserve a huge pat on the back an incredible thank you!!! It was a lot of fun and I had a lot of fun getting my annual jet flight/flights ( yes, I actually had several ) once again at this great event. Thanks also goes out to the City of Wilson and the Wilson Industrial Airport for their amazing support! Certainly would not want to forget Gene for the many, many pictures he took, so that everyone across the country could share in this event!! I only wish he would have taken a picture of my AMA card all by itself on the frequency board!!! (Yep, still flying 72 mghz with a Ram 750 air start) I need help guys!!

First In Flight 2013 will now start on a Wednesday and go through Sunday.Also,,, Things are in the works for a Saturday Evening Southern Style Pig Pick'n, along with live music. Another change to next years agenda will be the awards ceremony. It will be moved to Saturday evening taking place right after y'all fill yer bellies full.
