CAPITOL JETS- Roll Call
Hi Folks,
Update on Capitol Jets!
Friday, we plan to fly until 7:00 pm so thought we would organize an on-site pizza and wings casual shin-dig for dinner. I'm sure the Jet Pit Chicks will be doing a happy hour as well. We'll have a sign up roster at registration for anyone wanting to get in on the pizza and wings - $5.00 a head - and you can pay when you sign in Friday.
My crew and I will begin setting up Tuesday-Thursday. For anyone coming in with campers/RV's, you are welcome to arrive and set up as early as Wed evening, but as of now, flying doesn't begin until Friday a.m.
For those who still want to grab a tent - see info below:
1-Tri-city tents, Rob @ 518-356-2065. Rob has served us well for eight years, but runs out of tents early.
2-Whelan tents, Cornielious is the owner, he helped out with last year too!
You can reach thier office @ 518-274-4412 ask for either Tracy, or Cornielious (Owner) and remind them about the Capitol Jets show pricing they offered last year.
Both are about $220-$240 for the 20x20/ 20x30 stuff?
Please make direct contact, I can not serve as the middle man, too busy!
Also, ask to have your tent set up on the Thursday July 12th, as all my other show set-up will be taking place that day.

Hey Guys,
I have new information regarding the event.
For the Friday late flying only!
Instead of flying until late, then running around town trying to get a bite in after hours.
We will offer a chip-in option to hang out at the field with some local food, and (after flying) happy-hour offerings.
Check the above updated information.

If you still have them, please bring the wing tanks for theF-4D SKYRAY that I purchased from you a while ago. Just toss them in your vehicle or trailer and I'll collect them at Cap Jets VIII. See you in S. Albany.
