Corpus Christi area Jet fields?
Are there any fields in the Corpus Christi,TX area that are suitable for turbines? I am moving from the Austin area to Corpus and so far I haven't been able to find anywhere to fly down there.

Try Naval Air Station - Corpus Christi... I think they fly Military planes out there. I think the have Turbine powered ones too... You can even put a real person in them !!!!

Dan, can I borrow your F-18 for the inaugural flight out at the Air Station? I may have to leave the airfield quickly and I don't want to leave my F-16 behind!

A guy that goes by Dblex on here flys in the corpus area ask him..ive seen him in the tornado thread. Smash rc is in Harlingen about an 1:45 south of CC nice 800x50' paved runway But lots of hostile area around (tress and a creek going around the perimeter). Get something together and ill make the trek up there to fly every now and then.
