Default Wanted - AMT Engine Data Terminal

Guys,
I'm looking for an AMT EDT, either the Netherlands or older AMT USA version. Should look like the one pictured.

Thanks,

Craig

Sell it without the data terminal. You don't need one to run an AMT. It's a nice tool, but it's not like it can make adjustments to the ECU.

My first engien was a used 180, and I plaed with it for a year before I got a terminal. BUT... since they wanted $300 for it... I made my own.

How good are you with electronics? It's not a hard box to build... but you need a good understanding of electronics.

You need a Basic Stamp 2, and a serial LCD screen. If you dig around, they aren't too expensive. There use to be someone on ebay selling the BS2 generic version cheap.

Anyway... I will be more than happy to send you my code to make it run. BUT... my code will only read an AT180 engine. It would be easy enough to change the math in it to read out the other engines. PM me with an email address if you want it.

I based mine on Arduino and the official AMT serial protocol.

Or directly in your plane. The standard EDT I also designed.

Cheers Ray
