I'm completing an original BVM T 33 ( finally!)
I have the bvm inlets, bypass and latest tailpipe ( dual wall)
Several revisions have occurred regarding heat protection in the aft end
I've already painted 2 coats of "heat shield " all around the last 18" of aft end
Wondering if I need to use the ceramic blanket laminated with aluminum foil as shown on my 2001 plans ( shown at top half of aft fuse)
I figure that the nyrods will need protection even without the blanket
Anybody's past experience with this would be appreciated!!

Question is whether or not to use ceramic blanket/ foil /ceramic paint in aft end, above the tailpipe ?
It's heavy and I think just the ceramic paint and good dual wall pipe may keep the fuse cool enough?
