Fuel pump wire lead snapped?

My Feedback: (1)
I was looking at my fuel pump for my kingtech 140 last night, planning out my plumbing on my rebuild.
Looking at my fuel pump closer it seemed like one of the leads was loose. I lightly pulled and it was loose. Figuring it was a solder joint I cut the shrink wrap off and it's not the solder joint. The tab itself snapped!
The fuel pump appeared to have a thin tab comming through a plastic section. There is nothing left to solder too. It's a stock kingtech 140 fuel pump.
Anyone seen this before?
Anyway to resolder this when there is nothing showing?
Seems crazy to scrap a pump with 2 hours on it.

I had problems with the pump for my K140F failing in flight so sent it back. It got repaired and shortly after that the solder joint for one wire failed so I resoldered it. Flown twice more but then the bubble trap failed ('apparently' because of the pump), now replaced...just have to wait now for LADO to send me some RS999 retracts that actually go up and down when you flick the gear switch and I'll be ready to go.
If you've had a tab snap. I think you should talk to Barry (Kingtech USA) and get him to tell Ingo at Modelltechnik.at to exchange it.
