Yes, that's correct. The aft white light is a position light, burns steady when it is on.

Also, on the real F-14 the red anticollision lights on the vertical tails do not "pop" like strobe lights...they pulse.

Hey Kevin-  It's almost ready for you to maiden .  With any luck 2 weeks or 3.   My daughter had a school function.

I bought another tank just for the canopy and the speed brake.   The canopy and lock is working great!  I hook up the rudder and the taileron servos yesterday.  I need to recenter the servo horns for the rudder [].  It's a pain in the a#%.   The taileron servos was spot on!  Need a few more parts from FEJ and Binson will have the wings complete!

Sounds great. Those kids are very important. Glad you are involved with your daughter. Some dads just dont want to be dads I guess.

See you soon

here is a pic of a f-15 with the same system. i'm sure im not calling it by it's correct name
Looking at the mechanism it is clear FEJ added another thing to the things they dont understand how to do.

Kevin- Yep love my kids. They keep me going! My daughter has an oppurtunity to go to school in Europe, so i may be out of the Country for a while if we decide to let her go!

Turbo- not sure if that's a fair statement. Do you have one of these fej's with the new system?

Here are pics of the cockpit. It's not top gun, but they are getting better.

No progress is slow.  Work!   I put air in gear, had not done it in awhile & one of the main  gears is sticking.   When I pump air up to 100psi it works but under 75psi it does not.    I think it's from just sitting. When I have time I will cycle air through.
