My experiences dealing with Chad Russel and EvilJet in general was less than ideal. I'd highly recomend anyone that owns one of these engines deal directly with Arno in Germany and save the otherwise major brain damage with this US Distributor. If you are new to micro-turbines, you already know far more than this fella in Las Vegas. I am a 14 year JetCat user and severely spoiled by JetCat's excellent performance and terrific support (Scott and Bob 'walk on water' in my view; they've set a very high bar). The one miserable experience I've had with EvilJet was an "extremely costly" one, I'll not soon forget it. Honestly, I don't expect this engine to be long for this narrow market, as 'word' and 'bad news' travels very fast. Best of luck to you.

Your are right Chap Russel at Sin City jets is a piece of u now what..... worst customer service ive seen in this industry, and loves to LIE. His full of crap and I got proof of it.
I wish Arno at the Factory would find a different USA Rep. and ADD a repair center in the USA.

ALL should know that IF you buy 'anything Evo' and you don't like it, for any reason, you'll not want to RETURN IT FOR A REFUND. You'll likely NOT ever get your refund and I've got several friends now that have experienced these False Promises. You're far better off reselling the item yourself (and far likely to get your money back). Just words to the wise. The EvilJet Engines are very costly to maintain but doubly so when the US Distributor is not honest with your transactions. Ah yes, this business can deliver some hard lessons........

Harsh words. I am not a friend,or supporter of Chad,or Sin City, but you gents run your mouth a little too freely. I wonder,if Chad was standing in front of you, would you be so bold?
I have had a few dealings with Chad/sin city, and they have been fine. Recently,I tried to order batts online, and the refund was there before the email explaining they're out of stock. You might have a little more credibility,if you learned how to spell, and form a sentence,IMO.

I have limited experience with Sin City Jets but have not encountered any problems and found him to respond promptly to inquiries Roy Maynard, MN, USA

I haven't had any issues with him, but the fact that this thread is on its third day now with no response from him leads me to think he probably isn't doing much of anything with Sin City Jets anymore. He used to be quite active on the forum. Now, my past experiences with Arno's product have been less than pleasant. Certainly not a turbine I would ever purchase at this point.

Guys, some good news! While it sounds like Chad is no longer involved with EvoJet, Rob Lynch is still a dealer and can fill the void. Per Boli's suggestion, I called Rob yesterday and he is committed to taking care of the US EvoJet customer base. Feel free to give Rob a shout at 954-385-5656.

Strange. My experience with both chad and Arno in Germany had been top notch. Replies to my emails like they don't ever sleep. I hope it all works out for you US guys.
