Anyone looking for a little more endurance out of the big block motors in this model will probably be interested in the custom tank I had made by Saleem at FCT.

I believe it was 6.98Litres so should provide good flight times for the likes of the 200, 220 and 300 class turbines.

All kevlar, nicely made and quite blingy

I can pass on his details via PM to those interested.

Cheers,
Mark

Ah yes of course. Obviously I wanted the best tank fittings too so used Marc's pro fittings kit. Along with 2 of his CATs. 1 260ml for fuel and a 130ml for smoke (I hate those puff puff smoke trails )

Awesome model !!! But your pilot doesn't look like me at all. LOL. Did you use dodge viper blue ? - that's what the real one is painted with.
If you have a video of it flying I'd love to see it . Hey - where are the tip tanks ?

Cheers, Andrew Squires. Owner N899VJ

If they sell the tip tanks you should see if they sell a realistic Andrew pilot too! I'm much better looking than your current pilot.
haha

This truly is an incredible jet. If youve flown a 2.5m Futura (or seen one fly), this flys BETTER. Hard to believe. We (the Fosters) will be at Georgia Jets if anyone wants to see one in person. Waiting on a IQ 200 at the moment. Should be more than enough given the already fantastic performance with the 180. Mines 46lb dry.

This is a BIG jet. See 2.5m Futura for size comparison.
