Well I was in the area for 12 days at Reno Air races so figured it would be rude not to try for a base visit, one phone call before I left the UK job sorted, all I can say is what a superb day out with a massive thanks to the personnel on base for being so accommodating, Top Gun side of things use to be based at Miramar but moved to Fallon some years back, so it was great that the sortie we got to shoot at the end of the runway were students two days before Graduation, no pressure !!

Just 9500 shots from Reno Air races to sort through, though off to Switzerland tomorrow for Axalp, Swiss Alps, Swiss Air Force live firing awesome !! plus a few more thousand photo's.

Did you get a chance to go out to the naval reservation out on Hwy 50? Some of the sorties do a pass through there at low altitude.
