Here are some pics from our annual Jet Show in Maubeuge, beautiful weather, lots of amazing planes and flights (4 Diamonds, Rafale, Viper XXL, Hawk, etc...), I flew together with JP, I just love the plane ! I'm sure you will enjoy it too.

Everything I see with it just gets better and better.
example is the tank fits exceptionally well and easily removable. Formers have holes in the right places for cables etc where I built the PB converter box in the tail was simple as it had space.
Minor comment is that the fit is so good between flap and aireron that it rubbed on the roam core but again with a little sanding all sorted (5 mins job)
Normally when you look close and long you find issues or blemishes, and most know what I'm like, not much to find - JP keep it up
all good old indicators so far
Thanks to Colin from Boomerang Jets for the suggestion.

Ian ,
Glad to see you are getting on well with the assembly and that you are as pleased with the quality of the kit as I am. Cant wait to start on mine !
Your Whitebox telemetry unit is in the post today. I have a prototype of the Xicoy version to test so quite keen to try all the features out.
regards

Finally got a break in the weather and maiden the Wizard. Just a couple of clicks left and little bit more down trim on full flap and all sorted. CofG great for now on forward setting.
This is one great model and very precise - means I'll have to get better now :-)
im going to love this & can't wait to got out with her again.
Well done JP :-)

I've said no, but if the weather is good, it would mean I could fly one of my new toys before next season. Maybe I need to rethink.
Looking forward to seeing your jet next year, give me a shout if you need a spotter....looks stunning, I bet the photo does not do it justice?

Out again today with great friends and squeezed in 4 flights, also used the telemetry unit to record the flights will post profile shortly.
This pane continues to impress.
Tomorrow I will be flying it off grass at my local field, short field testing :-)

Well grass was no issue at all even with it being a bit long and wet. She handled It all very well.
In fact on the second flight I had a flameout in the worst place possible low and heading upwind, close in, but she glides so well I had time to do turn away 45degs then all the way round and land down wind (5mph so no worries). Probably 50foot (ish). Biggest learning from all of this is don't use full flap with no motor! Take off flap is just fine for this situation.
I'm so glad I decide to go for this model (Thanks Colin for the suggestion)

Ian, good to catch up with the full de-brief this morning and nice to see some people getting their Wizards done and flying in record time, unlike my own which is still sat behind a number of customer builds
I will bring my camera out to CJ so we can hopefully get some good pics of your bird in action.

Could not agree more, I have seen tis demonstrated on several occasions by the designer and others and the flight envelope is amazing and the quality is top notch. best sport plane out there by far.

, you're brave to flight in this season but it is difficult to resist with such a nice toy ready to go !
