Hi All,
Can you please help a Jeti new be,
The system i have been using for some time to update new Central Boxes now does not work,
My 16Ds is at Version 3.02,
I have updated the Rsats and the RSW switch to version 1.01,
I have updated the Central Box to version 1.20,
I have also tried updating the Central Box to 24 channels,
All the above updated without any problems,
But the Cental box will not show in the Device Explorer,
Both the RSATS and RSW switch show in the Device Explorer,
Can anyone see what i am doing wrong?
Any help would be appreciated,
Regards Ray.

Ray, try to reset the sensors on the sensors menu.. sometimes that will help. It should show up Underneath one of the receivers as an indentation. Let it sit after resetting about 10 min if it doesn't show up

Ray,

I normally use R3/RSW receiver instead of the Rsats so I may be wrong about this but isn't
the V1.01 Firmware meant to be loaded on REX receivers only? I would have thought that Rsats
should be running something like V3.24. When you updated the Rsats are you certan that the upgrade succeeded?

Were your Rsats taking PPM or EX Bus to the CB200 ? Have you verified that you have reconnected the Rsars to the correct
ports connected, with the correct polarity for protocol selected ?

Just some thoughts.

Wayne

I think Wayne is correct Ray, the Rsats should be ver 3.24 not 1.01 The Rsat and the switch are one and the same software. try updating them to 3.24 and bind them in dual path, and set them to output EX.. then the CB will show up..

give it a couple days, they are gearing up for tX 4.0 and associated files..

There is new 1.27 for CB200 software, new 1.01e for Rex software, and 3.24 for all other receivers.. Make sure you load the correct software in the receiver..

Hi Goose and Wayne and all,
Thanks for the replies,
I had loaded the incorrect update into the RSATS and the RSW switch,
The CB200 now shows in the Device EXP,
Thank you for your time and input,
regard Ray.

Hi Guys, I seem to be the only one on the planet that can't get on to Jeti's website, either on my new pc, tablet or mobile, really odd! All I get is a blank page with "Alarm Page" in the top left corner.
Any chance one of you can email me the v4 upgrade files please to [email protected]
At least I can crack on then.
Thanks.

Well, how strange, finally got on to Jeti site by repeatedly bashing the refresh icon, sometimes up to ten times and even then not always getting an html page.
All updated now anyway, thanks everyone,

Gary.

The DC24 (tray version) will be released first, the DS24 should follow some time next year.

FYI guys:

TX4.0 doesn't need to have CB200 and RX3 upgraded software if you don't intend to use >16 channels.. It works with the old firmware. If you want more than 16 chan output, then you have to upgrade the CB200 and the receivers(pending). So if you upgrade to 4.0, it should fire up and work with your existing setups peachy.. but check all your switches carefully to make sure something didn't get changed.. it has happened to a few guys
