Hi

Ok, construction phase complete. Fuse prep for paint is next. Seams to sand then fill then sand again. Pics to follow later.

I will be meeting up with Shaun in a week on the 29th for my maiden flight on this bird! As I talked to Shaun today, it sounds like color will be going on in the next day or 2 and he will be finishing up installing all of the hardware.

Sorry for not posting any reports for so long! While I was actually driving down to meet Shaun Evans in San Diego, I got a call in regards to a job opportunity and have been extremely busy making sure everything was in line. I had to step back a little bit from the hobby for the last month because of it. Good news though, next week I will be starting a new job for an aerospace manufacturing company as a project engineer.

Shaun did a great job on this plane and it looks fantastic. So far the plane still only has the one flight on it, the maiden, but it does fly very well. Hopefully in the next couple weeks I will get some more flights on it!

Here is a video of part of the maiden flight.
