Hey guys

I have a 1/7 scale fej f18, was there ever a build thread for this jet, I like to look through them for ideas etc.

I've used all the search terms I can think of and I still can't find anything.

I'm well aware of the reputation and do not need advice in this area just looking for a build thread.

Start by reading this thread by EDFJim on the modifications you may need to make. You'll also need to replace the pipe with one made by Tam.

I agree with you there Dubd that's what my mate (Chris) did replace the tail pipe with one made by Tam.

Thanks guys, fortunately I got the tam pipe in the sale so that's taken care of.

I have been reviewing the redesign thread, looks like a good resource, I also got a message from the gent who sold me the jet and he directed me to the appropriate thread

Andy, Thanks for your concern, I guess its hard for folks to not take a dig a fej which is understandable i suppose but fyi I have an old version NIB sans honeycombe with a tam pipe and am perfectly capable of carrying out any mods I deem required.
