Default Ultimate Jets documentation and bulletins.

Hello guys.
Would like to emphasize a bit the documentation available on our web site.

First of all, we now have the largest knowledge base for jet model builders available on the net. All is in the blog section on the left column of the home page.
This ranges from very technical articles about how to compute control surfaces requirements to hands on building technique like how to drill a proper hole in a carbon/ kevlar fiber laminate.
Here is a quick list of this knowledge base in chronological order:

Flite metal tutorial basics and advanced.
e_tract gear assembly and fitting
Structural carbon fiber laminate considerations
Weatronics knowledge base
Superphoenix assembly blog
Diamond assembly blog
Scorpion assembly blog
Heat protection for looms and parts
Cutting a hole in carbon/ kevlar laminates
Behotec e-tract gear considerations
Flight control geometry part 1
All flying stabilizer theory part 1
Hysol glue optimal choice for each job
Hysol cartridge tip choice
Choosing the right engine for your application
New generation air traps and cavitation
Fuel systems for RC jets general considerations

As well as the now famous Joe Grice blog where you'll find an impressive amount of eye candy...

I have made a specific set of instructions for Behotec and BF engines, including a completely new Hornet user manual written in proper English.
They are available on the download tab of each product page.
These users manual are specifically made for our USA customers and include all the latest upgrades description. They are regularly updated and I strongly suggest all of our customers to keep an eye on that section.

The kits assembly manuals are also custom made and are being updated regularly. They are also available from the dowload tab of each product page.

I then have made a series of product bulletins to add specific information to the useer manuals.

They are as followed:

ADS1 r3: Sorpion MK2 advanced setup
JBF1 r2: quick setup procedures

Bulletin JBF1 r3 is now online.
It includes a step by step setup guide for the first engine start. I have added in this revision an engine start troubleshooting guide and general instructions.

Great Oli!

I will check all my emails and these updates as well.

I've only just started to check how my new Big Block fits in my bypass.

Hey Oli,

In your revised install instructions you say "The engine must be installed in a way that the fuel starter tube is in the 12 o'clock position."

What exactly is the the fuel starter tube?

Is that the 4mm festo that says "Ignition" in the above pic?

The engine Festo plug labelled "ignition" is the start line, the plug labelled "kerosene" is the main line.
