Thanks for posting. I'm pretty sure I'm going with the K-310 as well, but may dial it back a bit & keep the stock pipe. I've heard this is a pretty heavy bird, so don't think I'm adding any scale details, or lights on mine (except afterburner of course). Going to try & keep mine light as possible.

It like a perfect much mines the FB Jets F-100 and it's heavy lay up of a plane with no turbine it's 23kg and with two drop tanks it's 24kg. I need to get my finger out and finish it off.

Happy Holidays to all and Happy New Year.
We just finish the firts F100 2G that goes to Switzerland the 2G has some improvements but the major one is on the weight, we have changed the layup and diferent way to do the formers this contribute to reduce the weight right now the model painted and assembled with the LG and accessories is 15 Kg (33Lbs).
Bellow some pictures.

Yes, we are working on the Vixen to make it light too, and now we offer pylons and external tanks.
Next batch we will have the right weight after paint and assembled.

Thx in advance
33 lbs with just gear is still a great weight for this model

I don't know where you guys find the numbers, but I explain, 15Kg (33 Lb) is the jet painted with landing gear and hardware that goes with it, don't make mistake as a dry weight, Now we aim to get it dry without bombs and other accessries that pilots might install at 20 KG that is 44 Lbs.

Geebeeman,
I've built & flown 2 of these jets.
You have to completely assemble the servo to the hatch and then the horn & pushrod to the servo.
Then drop the assembled unit into the wing (below the surface of the wing) with the servo arm pushed fully forward...this will give you the reach needed to hook up the pushrod to the slat.
Set up your end points for the appropriate control throw & repeat the procedure for the other slat servo.
Also, the inner servo (closest the fuselage) should be mounted with the splines closest to the slat...outer servo is just the opposite.
To complete the slats for both wings, you'll need quite a bit of patience and no less than 5 hours of your day.
