Default Lightening module and power supply

Hi

I was wondering why not to connect a light module directely to a PB. My lightening module is from fluggmodel bau and only allows a 6V operation. Instead of connecting to a separate power supply with a voltage regulator, I was willing to connect it directely to a power box output regulated to 6V.

I estimate that the current consumption from a lightening module should not exceed a 35Kg servo working in load.

Is this a right assumption? Have you guys tried it?

Best regards

Nuno
