Default please idenify wheel brakes

hi guys
looking to identify this brakes ..the three o rings in the pads that insert into wheel hub are leaking ..
I cant replace them because I don't who makes them
they have been sitting awhile
can I lubricate with something to bring them back to life or replace them
im using bvm smooth stop ...

Look like "inairco " brakes or Chinese knockoffs. Same concept. If they are inairco then Todd (dreamworks) can rebuild. Or try "Parker" Silicone O-ring lube. Don't lube the brake band just the o rings on the three little pistons

They look like Inairco to me. DreamWorks sells replacement brake rings.
