I use jr /spectrum servos in all of my builds including customers I build for. Never had a failure , I am aware of a firebird that had a brand new multiplex fail on the bench and a hitec replacement fail in flight , I'd go with the two 8711s any day on an elevator of that bird just for the redundancy ... There are many other places to save money on a build but not servos. Spend what you feel you can afford and live with that decision.
