Let me hear your recommendations. Also lite ply and spruce. I have also looked at National Balsa website in Ware, MA. Anyone dealt with them---quality/service/ price?

I deal with National Balsa a lot. Good service, good quality wood. You can get contest balsa from them as well. Their prices are as good as anywhere else.

Hobby Lobby has good ply and some balsa as well. Has everything I have needed since getting into jets.
