Default Jet Tronics double valve setup question

Hi,
does anyone by chance have a set of instructions for the Jet Tronics dual valve that they could send me via email?
The valve is installed and all works but Im trying to reduce the air flow both up and down because my landing gear is slamming up and down hard when I operate them.
Any help is appreciated !!!

In flight with G (going up) and airflow..coming down, they won't slam so much

Did you consider air line restrictors (orifices in the lines)?

Good to know that there are options already built in. Jeez, how are we supposed to learn all this stuff.
