Never like to see guys arguing. Life is way too short.
Looks like Bomber Field in March and Fort Bend in April.
If I lived in the area I'd attend both.

Rob just sent out an email. They are going to resurface tomorrow and he wants us to stay off the runway until Saturday.

Actually, I've earmarked April to attend Mississippi Afterburner. Although your event is earlier in the month, scheduling will still be a problem. Would really love to go, though.

Well, reading all this drama makes me not want to bring my jets there period no matter what the event. I'm from the Rosenberg area and went to Lamar Consolidated HS and thought it would be nice to make the trip down from Nebraska. Not now. Sounds like way to much of a headache.

Jason, do not let the beginning of this thread bother you. Fort Bend RC is a great group of guys and gals who share a passion for RC. You would have a great time if you came out to the event.

I sure wish Disco! I'm originally from Crowley. This is my crawfish boil setup.

My brother-in-law has a commercial setup. He can do 80 pounds (two full sacks) every 7 minutes. Now you've made me hungry! Mine cooks the same amount about every 12 to 15 minutes.

Hey Melvin,

I been there a couple of times, only flown there once. I use to fly every weekend at Scoobie a couple of years ago. I drive a yellow hummer h2 sut. Here is a link of my mig 29 flying at scoobie, maiden by Kevin and built by Binson https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsxt...IoqX6A&index=2 my favorite jet. Here is a link to my F-14 maiden by kevin. I crashed it at Mississippi jets. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Woa7...IoqX6A&index=3. I love this jet.

Hey Warren
You need to come to our event and make it 2 times that you have flown here! Did Kevin Foley maiden your Mig 29 and your F-14? That's a good choice in my opinion to have him maiden your jet if that is who your talking about! He's a really good pilot. I couldn't have flown that F-14 myself. It looked like a shadow the whole time in the video! Why did it go in? The Mig i could probably see ok but not the F-14. Did the mig get hurt after running off the runway?
