Default Flay Sys and Wing Type not showing in 12x Menu

Like the title says. Why would that happen? I've obviously told the radio to do something that I don't understand. They are still there on my other jet.

Help!!!

Dale

Dale i don't personally own an JR12x but i have had several JR transmitter and i have setup a plane for a friend who owned a 12X. Are you going into the system mode by holding down the enter button while turning on the transmitter? That is where you will find the wing type. To have flaps you have to select normal in the wing type to be able to have flaps set up. You can't do flaps in the ffapperon mode because that makes Aux1 which is the flap channel by default the aileron channel for the left wing. Hope this helps some

So, sorry my bad. Forgot about the first part. BUT:
It is set to Normal wing mode. I set it to flaperon, turned it off. Turned on, set to normal again, and still no Flaps setting.

I dunno, maybe I need to wipe it and restart, not the end of the world.

Hi Dale
I think i know why your flap menu has disappeared! Go to your Device select menu by holding down the enter button while turning on the transmitter. Scroll down to the device select menu and click on it with your roller. The flap system may be inhibited. If it is just reactivate it and it should show up again.

I don't see that the flap system is inhibited. Flight Mode is but flaps are ACT. See the screenshot.

I believe you need to activate flight mode also so you can trim your jet in normal flight, half flaps and full flaps

Hi Dale
Did you ever find your flap system or did you just erase and start over?

Don't know the problem as of yet. I'll give it one more try this week some time but i think I'll end up erasing and starting over.
Thanks for the help.

Dale
