Default Securing your ring?

That's afterburner ring to those with a dirty mind

How do you guys fix your ring? If it falls off I'm guessing it'll be the ring of fire ? I'm about to fit mine to my F16 but there's nowhere to screw it on so I'm wondering what's the best adhesive to use?

Thanks
Scott

Scott,

I wasn't sure whether the silver paint could conduct so I stood the ring off the former with some small wood blocks. I then lock wired the ring in place and put a little dab of glue on the top of each block also.

Cheers

Jeff

Just use SS wire (that you use to secure fuel lines) in abour three places 120 degrees apart. Drill holes in the exhaust pipe support and wire it on. Will never come off and is easlliy removable. Scotty
