Just a heads up. I do think internet businesses should be held accountable for poor customer service.
I ordered some tools from the above web site, one of which was a hemostat. The day the tools arrived I clamped the hemostat onto a paper towel to swab up some spilt fuel in a model. The one jaw of the hemostat promptly broke off, clearly a defective hemostat. I sent a picture of the hemostat and my invoice to the email contact on 2 separate occasions just asking if they would be
willing to replace the defective tool. My emails went unanswered let alone I paid for a tool which broke within the first minute of its use. I will not do business with this operation again.

Go to the local Flea Market to buy hemo's !!! They have every size and shape made and they are cheap and great quality, most likely medical trash. That's where all the dope smokers but them !!
