Is Eric on vacation or out of the state's ? I have contacted him regarding parts I ordered several weeks ago and I gave seen no parts and have not had a reply to my emails

Any idea how long he has been gone ? Any help with contact info for Someone at Jet Central ? Eric Clapp has taken my money and sent me no parts . He says that he shipped them two weeks ago . But yet when I talk to him on the phone 5 minutes ago he said nothing about no longer working for Jet Central . I filled out the contact info on Jet Central USA website and Was replied back to by Eric Clapp .
I have received a refund through Pay Pal , But still need contact info for someone at Jet Central that will send me the needed parts .

I sent three emails over last two weeks that went UNANSWERED. Yes I used fowl language . I feel it was well deserved with the disrespect you gave me on the phone . If you can't push a few buttons on your smart phone to send a reply to my email I don't want to be your custumer . I ordered parts through a Jet Central USA Website , I expected to do business with Jet Central . On the Pay Pal refund your comment was "ENJOY YOUR NEW PARTS " I appreciate being called a lier .

Im sorry for the misunderstanding you had with Eric, he is a good guy and a friend. What happened between you guys is NOT typical.
But don't worry, I made up for it by purchasing a FB Hawker Hunter from him @ Georgia Jets. Gave him cash, didn't ask for a receipt, just a handshake. And I feel very comfortable with that, as I have the past 6 years of doing business with him.

Fowl language would have gotten you a refund immediately regardless of any other circumstance with me. That won't fly with us either. We have a "Foul language gets you an immediate refund" policy as well.

The name of his company is very misleading. People think they are dealing with the turbine manufacturer or at least a USA distributor. The Jet Central logo is still there. He needs to clear that up. I've had good dealing with Eric over the years but, I understand the current confusion. If he's parted ways with JC, that needs to be made clear.
