Xicoy Telemetry Sensor set up with Jeti DS16 and Centralbox 200
Does anyone know how to make this work?
i conected the sensor to the ext1 port but the system does not recognize it. i did a reset (auto)on the sensor setup and still does not recognize . I followed the xicoy instructions but i think with the centralbox there might be other steps.
i also went to device explorer under central box 200
under general settings there is jeti box and exbus which one should i choose
thanks
Hector

Hector, I only see 2 possible problems here why it should not work:
- Please go to device explorer and under the Centralbox settings, please check that EXT 1 is either set to "jetibox" or "Telemetry Input". In case it's set to "Servo Output" the connected telemetry sensors are not recognized.
- The only other option is an incorrect wiring. The Xicoy adapter has a regular 3-wire lead that plugs into the "Data Port" of the ECU and the 2-wire plug goes into the EXT port of the Central Box.
Once you reset the connected telemetry sensors of the radio and power up the turbine, it should find the sensor just fine (at least it works for me).

ok, thank you I will check the firmware and update.
Maybe that is the problem because I have it conected to the ext port on the 200 and on device explorer it is set to jetibox. It just that does not recognize the sensor. The wires are set up correctly.
I will let you know if it works

I recently had exactly the same experience setting this up. In the end it was due to the EXT port not being configured as a 'Telemetry Input' as mentioned above.
I plugged the sensor into one of the other two telemetry inputs on the CB200 and it worked straight away - having proved it worked in those ports it was a short step to get the EXT port configured.
I don't have the radio with me at the moment but if you get stuck post here and I'll try to guide you to the right place.

In Device Explorer look into the CB200. Then General Settings and then Expander Settings (EXT). You can then select Telemetry input....
