A build/repair thread should be arriving shortly that way i get input from jim and all the other guys. Congrats on your new girl she is sweet

Gentlemen...... this is officially off SU-27 topic but, my buddy Adrian is bringing back old memories of my first twin. The Grumman F-14 TOMCAT VF-84 JOLLY ROGERS from Flyeagle GEN-1, say what you say about FLYEAGLE, but i built this bird with help of master builder Miguel Alvarez. Currently in possession of it's new owner Adrian.
Here is the build and maiden flight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVaD...ZFhDuU-oZ5i-E- , hope you guys enjoy the video...

No Florida jets for me...... i'll probably be there and i'll bring her, but only for static display, cause i'll be flying the Shockwave... As far as the technique, I bought Tamaya metallic's paints, cyan blue, dark bronze, copper, titanium, and flat black...later used jet exhaust....Started with the silver base of the jet or titanium base and shot the copper or bronze depending on the section then shot the blue, the violet i didn't have yet but after that I thin out the flat black and used a heat gun while shooting to dry it up and see how much more needed to be shot....left the panels for last...

Yes they are wet transfers. They look better than stickers . You need to cut them and activate them with the help of water.
The secret that makes them VERY easy to work with and have fun at the same time , is the liquids that came with this decals.
If you upload a photo of this bottles i can explain you...very beautiful painting work by the way
