Default CG measurements

Hi, just got a T1.
Read i3dm's recommended CG.
So, the CG is measures with the landing retracts up or down?
Apologies, just wanna make sure I get the CG right.

Best regards,
Vin

Ive had many people ask me to check my CG and throws, so i finally put the Fortune on the Xicoy CG meter.
This is with everything loaded, UAT full and main tank empty.

The CG which the meter is reading (90mm in front of main wheels with springs retracted) equals about 260mm back from leading edge wing joint.

I hope you guys benefit from there numbers, as you can see she flys just fine

Control throws:
Flaps: takeoff 40mm, landing 97mm.
Ailerons: 31mm up, 20mm down, 40% expo.
Elevators: 33mm up, 28mm down, expo 40%.
Rudder: 60mm, 40% expo.

Always with the retracts down, main tank empty, and uat full. Balance for the worse case scenario as if you ran out of fuel.
