Default BVM Website

You'd figure as much as BVM rapes people with their prices they could afford to have a website that works. All I need are some o-rings for the Smooth Stop and can't order them because the website fails every other page. So ridiculous.
Guess people have been singing their praises with glossy eyes for so long that having an easy to use functional website is too much to ask.

Instead of being so negative you could just call and place the order, the time it took to post this thread your order could have been done. Sometimes websites have issue at no fault to the company paying for it.
I have placed over a dozen orders via the website with no issues, the website started having issues this past weekend, I'm sure they will get it fixed.

In the past 20+ years BVM has provided the BEST customer service in this industry and still continues to do so.... Just call Patty or Heather tell them what you need and that's it...

I've never had a problem with the website. I've also called in orders and their customer service is second to none.

Yep, Patti or Heather will get you what you want with no hassles 99% of the time. I have spoken to Bob on rare occasion.

Depending on your skills, it is likely that you can squeeze hundreds of flights from the bvm planes. Cant be said the same from all manufacturers.

Now you do the math on the cost per flight and eventual re selling value.

Amen Barry! Don't understand why the Internet develops rudeness in people. I posted earlier but it was so rude myself I erased it. Please check your PM. I'm sending you something!

IMO, Take a tour of the shop and you will get a better appreciation for the quality you are paying for which goes way beyond just the product.

Hi,

Over the years, I've gotten superb service from BVM. Even when I was an enthusiastic and prolific rep/salesman for a competitor. I've even had them send me, on loan, pricey items so that I could test fit them into non-BV projects. Patty was always on top of things and a class act.

BVM F100 15 years old and still flying. Putting a SM f104 together and have to reengineer a lot of items. No comparison Dan
