Default Storm cat info

First off Happy New Year, I have what I think is a storm jet with a set of unknown booms added to it. From you tube videos it looks like they called it a storm cat, Would anyone know any info about it? I saw that Marvinf-14 in Fla, had one, Looking for cg. and other info, Thanks Frank

Storm Cat was a locally kit bashed jet. Lukey Martinez from the Ft. Lauderdale area kit bashed two jets into one. I believe the booms were from a King Cat (not totally sure) which he added to the fuse of another jet called the STORM which was manufactured in Brazil. Initially powered with an RTI turbine it flew quite well. That's all I know to share.

Happy New Year,
Eric

Actually the Storm was our kit manufactured in Argentina. It was an extremely fast airplane that not many people could fly so our friend Luky put booms from a Angel (large king cat type plane) on it. Plane flew great and stabilized it self awesome. The CG for the Storm was on the main spar I believe the CG did not change at all with the booms. I have flown several Storm cats and can tell you it's a great flying airplane. 36lb turbine is more than enough power for that plane I have flown some with 27lb engines.

standard storm C.G is at 13cm back from the wing-fuselage leading edge point.i fly it with k100 and was freaking fast, now a friend of mine flies it with k60 and is a real ***** cat. also those booms are from a Tango smaller than Angel
