Would anyone know the length from the back of the rudder to the end of the boom and the distance from the front of the elevator to the trailing edge of the wing at the wing root? Thanks Frank

I'd go upstairs and measure it for you right now if only I were clear on the first request. Back of the rudder to...where? The front end of the boom? Or are you looking for the rudder chord?
Will check for you after I see your answer in the morning, unless someone beats me to it.

Sorry for the delay...
Your questions, as asked, leave some room for interpretation. But I will try.
-Approx 17" from the aft edge of the wing to leading edge of the stab, but the term "wing root" does not apply. The aft edge of the wing and the wing root do not intersect.
-Approx 42" from leading edge of the boom to forward leading edge of the bottom of the rudder
-Approx 48" from leading edge of the boom to forward trailing edge of the bottom of the rudder
-Approx 55" from leading edge of the boom to forward trailing edge of the top of the rudder
Note that the leading and trailing edges of the rudder are swept aft. Hence the differing values above.
Hope this helps

Thanks Highhorse, they at the measurements I a looking for. I have storm jet that someone added booms to it and I'm trying to figure what booms they are. I think I have either tango or angle booms..Thanks for your help. Frank

Here is a picture he posted in another thread, the rudders don't go to the bottom of the booms like the BVM stuff or the AD stuff. They kind of look Tangoish but the tops of the fins look off and the leading edge looks sloped back to far. The tango was pretty small too. I'm stumped.
