How is the Simjet 3000 performing? I would like to hear from people who own or know a lot about this engine.
Chris and Mark from Montreal -- is the 3000 the engine you have in the F15? What was the problem you had in Maine?

Hello Anthony.
I am using a SimJet 3000 in my EuroSport. Previously I had it in a AD Rafale which weighed 33 pounds wet. I fly off a short grass strip that is only 360 feet long. I think the SimJet 3000 is a fantastic engine and I am very pleased with it. Mine has about 200 runs now, and has not been serviced yet.
Feel free to ask anything about the engine.

Now that you guys are back from Superman, what is the word on the SimJet 2300 and 3000? How do they compare to the JetCat P120?

We flew our F-15C with a Simjet 1700 at Superman and it performed great!. The turbine has great spool up time, on go arounds and landings it really helps to have that almost instant power.
I really like the engines. Im currently saving for a 3000.
