Have you tried the model on its wheels yet? How is the ground-clearance and mains positionin in regards to the CG?
On mine I have to completely re-work the geometry of the main legs and also do some shortening of the nose-gear or else the tail will hit the ground.
Wonder what is your experience...........

Since running into trouble with the supplied HK retracts I had to work on some other details

Some test-fitting

I replaced the screws on the hatch with 1/4 turn fasteners. Much easier and quicker.

I played with the nose retract for a while till I got it sitting the way I wanted. I just moved it up and or down till I was happy with the stance of the mig. I don't have min sitting as nose up as it could be and I have several inches of tail clearance.

I decided I wanted a smaller start up hatch. so today I got my wiring holes made for the wing the rx platform and the hatch cut down with formers.

have you done your canopy yet? I am still deciding how to do that. I would also like to see how you did your front gear doors? I would like to see other ideas if available.

Some pics of the cockpit. Also modifying the hatch-locks from the screw-on type. I did the working of the doors the simplest way. Very reliable
