Question Skymaster 1/4.75 Hawk stab zero location

I am just setting up a 1/4.75 Hawk and am not sure where the stab neutral position should be. Do I setup a zero incidence relative to the wing? Is there another way to set the neutral position? Any help is appreciated.

Here are a couple pics that I used as a reference for my initial setups for my stab neutral and it turned out to be very close on the maiden flight of mine. Even though they are of different Hawks, they worked out great for me . May help.
